For any studio and/or field production the lighting set-up is always a bit of an issue due to many tricky factors in achieving the best scene results, such as equipment mobility, power consumption, distance and angle measure-ments, color warmth and brightness adjustments, etc. Budget-wise these aspects play a big part and therefore we were very happy to choose the new IANIRO 54 LED light system for our late 2009 documentary project on the Jewish culture in city of Brno, in the Czech Rep. We were overwhelmed by its great performance and cost-saving usage during both indoor and outdoor shootings, mainly because of the:

- compact and easy equipment providing 54W of daylight, warmth and brightness fully adjustable

- 12V power supply from battery available, one-touch control panel incl. presets

- one set consists of three led rings (each 18W) that can be used as separate lights (also as a cam-ring)

- wide angle and spotlight rings for individual scene tuning, incl. common filters


At the end of the day we realized we have a very versatile light here that can fit almost every scene in the digital video production projects.
