La caratteristica principale è che tutte le parti della base quali i piedi, tiranti, carrello e top, rimangono racchiuse sulla base stessa, rendendo la torre estremamente compatta durante il trasporto. Smart Tower SM1000 ha un'altezza totale massimadi mt. 8 ed una portata di 1000 Kg. Può essere equipaggiata con motore a catena e con modulo con argano a fune. Il carrello SMC29 supporta il traliccio serie 29Q e 40Q.
