LOW PRESSURE DELIVERS HIGH PERFORMANCE AT IaniroAlutek.

Ianiro is introducing an innovative production procedure for the moulded end-plates of the Ianiro Alutek trusses.

The plates that usually are installed in other trusses are die-cast for “gravity”; using this method causes imperfections such as internal air bubbles or non-homogeneous material imperfections in the most stressed points.

The new plate is produced with a “low pressure” technology, for which the aluminium alloy is injected at fusion temperature into the mould. Then the plate goes through the heat and polishing process. This production allows us to produce a product compact and free from imperfections.

The low pressure process has been proven in the most advanced competition motoring field. This process produces parts particularly used to high stress; such as motorbike forks, distribution elements, shock absorber, where the demand is to deliver the best performance, reliability and safety.

The new plate is available for the complete standard and heavy duty range, starting from the series 29. The compatibility with the previous model is ensured and the price list will not vary.
